- In State of Nevada vs. T.B., the client faced state prison on charges of marijuana possession and intent to sell. Following Grasso’s preliminary hearing remarks, all charges were dismissed.
- In State of Nevada vs. V.Q., the client was charged with first-degree murder with use of a deadly weapon, attempted murder, battery resulting in substantial bodily harm, and carrying a concealed deadly weapon — facing life in prison without parole. After lengthy negotiations, Attorney Grasso impressively had the sentence reduced to voluntary manslaughter and 24-60 months in prison, with credit for time served.
- In U.S.A. vs. A.C., the client was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, and use or possession of a firearm during drug trafficking — facing 35 years to life in prison. A year-long battle with the U.S. Attorney’s office examined the legality of search and seizure in the case; the Federal District court sided with Grasso and all charges were dropped due to a Fourth Amendment violation.
- In State of Nevada vs. A.B, the client was charged with domestic violence. Grasso won a not guilty verdict from the Henderson Justice Court and the client walked free.
